We are upping the game when it comes to outdoor event restroom facilities. Why settle for a construction site restroom trailer, or worse... an unhygienic eyesore porta potty? With the Flush Haven Luxury restroom, your guests will enjoy large, private, stylish interior spaces, with a custom "tiny-home inspired" exterior appearance.
How many guests can the Flush Haven Portables accommodate?
Our trailer can accommodate events of up to 250 guests, depending on the length of event.
What's included?
Our trailer will be delivered to your location fully cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, antibacterial hand soap, air freshener, trash cans, and trash bags. Additionally, pick-up, waste disposal, and cleaning fees are included. For an enhanced experience, upgraded Bath and Body Works hand soaps and room sprays are available for an additional fee.
What are the water and power requirements?
Our trailer can be connected to a standard water spigot located within 100 feet of the unit. For power, two separate, dedicated 120V outlets on independent circuits must be available within 100 feet of the trailer. All necessary power cords and hoses will be supplied and properly connected during set-up. If access to water and/or power is unavailable, we can provide a 250-gallon freshwater holding tank and a quiet Honda generator (discreetly positioned near the trailer) for an additional fee."
How far in advance do I need to rent the Flush Haven Lux Restroom?
To ensure availability, we recommend reserving the Flush Haven Lux Restroom as far in advance as possible. Our first unit will be in service for the Spring 2025 event season, and we are actively working on custom builds to expand our fleet. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a required security deposit of $500.
My event is not fancy. Do you offer an affordable, basic rental option?
We understand that not every event requires a luxury experience. To accommodate various needs, we offer three affordable rental package option ideals for more casual gatherings. Additionally, we provide discounts for veterans, churches, and government employees as a way of showing our appreciation for these important communities. Be sure to follow us on socials for occasional discounts and special offers. Our goal is to help make your event exactly what you envision.
Is there a delivery fee?
Flush Haven Portables provides free delivery within a 75 mile radius of our Carpentersville location. Delivery beyond this radius will incur a reasonable delivery surcharge. Please contact us and provide the specific delivery address to determine whether a delivery surcharge is applicable.
What types of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made by cash app, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or any major credit or debit card (an additional 3% processing fee applies for credit cards). Information regarding these payment options will be provided on the emailed invoice at the time of the reservation.
How do I maintain the Flush Haven Restroom during my event?
The Flush Haven Restroom will be fully set up at your desired location upon delivery. We will show you all the basics...such as lighting controls, heat/ac, where to find additional supplies, how to lock up after the event, etc. Clients are responsible for basic upkeep, such as adding paper products and removing trash when necessary. If you prefer, we will provide a uniformed or formally attired attendant for an additional fee. The client is responsible for any damages to the trailer from drop off until retrieval. If extreme/deep cleaning (above and beyond what would be caused by normal use) is required, additional fees will be incurred.
Does someone need to be available at the time of delivery?
Yes, because we’ll need instructions on where to set up, and we will need to go over the unit with the client.
Complex decor setups may be completed the day before or day of the event, depending on individual event details and circumstances. We understand how hectic planning and executing an event can be and will work individually with each client to accommodate their needs and schedule, making the restroom rental experience just as pleasant as it is Flush Haven perfect.
Where can the Flush Haven Restroom be placed?
Safe delivery and proper setup requires a relatively level and dry area, 22x12 ft minimum, with an access route that provides 12 ft of vertical clearance from overhanging tree branches.
Is there a rental agreement?
Yes. We will send a simple form via email. It is simple to review and sign via e-signature and return via email. No printing and faxing...we want this process to be as simple as possible for our clients. Please note that for legal reasons, we cannot reserve the trailer until we receive the signed rental agreement and security deposit.
